Luhan's eyes awakened as the sun befallen across his eyes. The red-haired boy could see the time from the leaf's shadow, it was 4:00 AM, 4 more hours before he had to arrive at the academy. "Dad?" He questioned as he looked around the house as he was trying to find his father. It was no luck, his dad was perhaps working early again and would also be working late. His eyes darted across the nightstand as he finally found his book that he was looking for. Perhaps he was going to draw by the river stream again until he has to go to the Ninja Academy.

He walked over to the restroom as he opened the door slowly. Luhan could hear nothing but the crickets sound. It was peacefully and relaxing as he tried to remember the events from last night. The boy could remember about his dream, a ninja that tried to kill his mom and was successful. He was materialized into his own dream, erasing the baby and could see him about to save his mom. Luhan failed to do so, and even through he blamed himself for the death, he was a baby at the time. His dad also blamed himself for being an Uzumaki and wished that he was part of another clan. Then again, it was a great thing that he was an Uzumaki, he had a chance to meet his wife.

The mirror showed the reflection of the scar on the right side of his neck. He knew that he shouldn't have fall when attempting to throw a kunai. Somehow it accidentally left a marks as he could remember when he was crying as a child. He entered the shower and started scrubbing his body relaxing as the water tensed acrossed his back. Luhan started to scratch his hair, trying to remove the dirt from it.

Draped in a towel, he walked outside of the restroom and started to put on his normal clothes. There he was left over pasta from the day before and started munching on it. After he was done, he put it in the sink and started to clean the dishes gently in a circular motion.

Luhan grabbed his art supply and sketchbook and started to exit the house gently and closed it not wanting to wake up any of his neighbors. For some reason, today was too quiet, just too quiet. No birds were chirping and the lack of crickets were being presented today.

He hurried faster to the forest and sat down in a criss-cross style and looked at his sketchbook. Nothing could ruin his perfect day of drawing until he heard something coming from the bushes. Inside the bushes, the red-haired boy could see a symbol of a minor village on the ninja's headband. Was he here to kill him? Quickly, he grabbed his sketchbook and tried to ran, but he tripped over the log and fell onto his face.

The question he asked himself, "Was this the end of me?"

What had come flying out of those bushes which had startled the youngling was an enemy ninja. A huge boulder of a man and it would probably scare all the little ones if suddenly someone of that nature came flying out of the bushes. Though one must note how it was not that the enemy was coming out to attack. No, rather the enemy came flying out of the bushes because he was knocked out and was now heading for a skull fracture as the body came flying towards a nearby tree. The body of the enemy ninja flew by just above the head of the tripped boy with the red hair and a loud cracking could be heard as the enemy ninja hit the destined tree. The tree remained strong, but the poor foe had met his end… Well the end of his ninja days anyway. He could still probably be saved from death, but who cared anyway? They were ninja and this enemy was just unlucky enough to have met who he had met. Also he was from a minor nation so the political damage was rather insignificant. Everything fell nicely into place.

Out of the bushes came a different appearance though. It was a young blonde man with a slight smile on his face. He was wearing a rather common kind of clothing for the Shinobi. Blue pants as they were commonly seen on Chuunin to Jounin alike. Instead of the blue shirt that came with them usually this one Shinobi wore a black tanktop with a Hawaiian shirt above it which in turn was partially covered up by an unzipped Flag Jacket as anyone from Chuunin up would usually wear it – unless the Shinobi tried to be incredibly individual which some really did try. Around his neck there were two necklaces. Both golden and one carrying the insignia of Konoha while the other carried a clan crest. It was a crest which anyone in Konohagakure should know for it was the crest of the clan of the first two Hokages and the fifth one as well – The crest of the Senju. Being rational one would now realize that this guy was actually at least a Chuunin of Konohagakure who happened to be of the mighty Senju clan.

Walking over towards the youngling who had tripped, the Chuunin did indeed help him back to his feet and smiled at him. ”Hey kiddo. You shouldn’t trip just like that. It’s not good for your face. Haha. What’re you doing out here anyway?” The Chuunin had obviously no trouble just talking right off the bat with a young kid who might just have been scared for life. Damn. Just what had this Chuunin seen already in his life which left him so indifferent towards causing a human to fall into a coma from which he might never wake up again? Well, probably the true Shinobi life, nay? ”Oh right. I should probably introduce myself.” Standing back up to his full size the Chuunin looked at the young boy and smiled. ”I’m Arashi Senju. Chuunin of this glorious village of ours!” Now how did the guy know that this boy was of the village as well?!

That was an incredibly simple task though for any Shinobi. It was simple deduction. They weren’t far from the village itself, thus the young guy couldn’t have come from a faraway place somewhere in the land of fire. The fact that when he tried to run it was towards the village also was proof of the fact that he saw the village as a safe haven and knew just where to head in case of danger – despite the fact that it would have been a wasted effort for any Shinobi of any rank higher than Academy student, which in itself wasn’t a rank really, could have easily caught up to the boy. So yeah. Those two things really made it fairly obvious that the boy must be from the village hidden in the leaves.

”So who’re you anyway?”
