Description:

This is a very powerful REINCARNATION JUTSU that requires MASTERY IN MEDICAL and atleast adept in fuinjutsu. This technique can be performed solo or in a pair. If solo the chakra cost is an SS-rank if pair the chakra cost is S-rank for the medical shinobi and A-rank for the Fuin user. Now this jutsu has a few requirments.

1. The jutsu requires a living person [similar to edo tensai]
2. The jutsu requires the user/users to have some form of DNA from the one being brought back
3. One of the user's must have the summoning style jutsu.
4. NOTE: This jutsu can only be used once on a person meaning if its used and that person dies again they are unable to be brought back by this jutsu

Now this technique CAN NOT BE PERFORMED IN BATTLE.

The user or user's start by creating the SUMMONING JUTSU on the vessel's body, Once the jutsu is formed (Not activated) A small amount of the dead entitities DNA is placed upon the seal, This will seep into the seal. Activating the summoning seal with the dna of the person will thus summon the soul into the body of the vessel eliminating the vessel's soul and hereby ressurecting the now alive person. This gives that person a new leash on life and they are reborn with ALL THERE PREVIOUS JUTSU but not there previous FS, Due to this all of the old persons fighting style are REDUCED BY ONE LEVEL so a master in one form becomes adept. They also no longer have there own looks, They are in the body of the vessel they inhabit.

SADLY this not only changes your body but also your chakra and dna giving you the chakra/elements of the person you have changed into. Meaning you loose your old elements kkg etc and are now someone else. You do not gain that persons techniques all that must be re-bought.

NOTE THIS TECHNIQUE CAN NOT BE USED IN BATTLE AND IS ALMOST DEFINATLY ONLY USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE ABOVE TECHNIQUE

Essentially this jutsu completly wipes away all traces of dna in a body Disintegrating everything leaving only a doll shaped being [Think of ken doll without hair eyes etc] This eliminates the risk of kekki genkai being stolen due to the eradication of all dna. Think of the person becoming nothing more than a human base but will not have any characteristic. There will be eye sockets but no eyes a mouth hole but no teeth tounge nothing there will be no organs no teeth no bones no nails no genitalia. They will simply look like a bald ken doll [note they arent actually turned into dolls]

Body morph - From what I read, when you transform into this person, your elements mimic theirs but you don't have their techniques, right?

I like DNA wipe. Just think it's odd that they change into a plastic doll? If that's not the case, can you explain more on that so that one can understand what actually happens to the person to make them appear to be like a doll?

do you have any way of helping me change the first to allow approval. I do know its similar to edo tensai (thats were i got the base from) But it is also vastly different. My version does not restore the opponents body, so when there soul is brought back they inhabit the body of the person they are in unlike Edo tensai which ressurects there body kkg etc. Thats what body morph is for to grant the resurected person there abilities back. also my res tech does not allow immortality bending the opponents will to my own or unlimited chakra.

I hope these are enough to allow an approval. ^^

As far as the one that brings a person back to life, I want you to understand something. When someone approves something like this, it sets a precedent. It allows others to make bring back to life techs and that's why I can't approve it.


As of now, we'll leave that rare ability to Edo Tensei.

Take that ooouuuttt you're not implanting anything and you are not that exact person, so gaining their elements, kkg, etc would be a no no. It's like an advanced form of henge. Don't really see much of a reason for it.

Hmm theres no point in this jutsu if you remove those specific parts. Its a jutsu that allows you to fully become another person by the use of medical ninjutsu allowing you to gain there kekki genkai chakra and elements aswell as there voice face everything. It is a technique that permanently transforms you into someone else. But it does not give you there techniques or fighting styles meaning just because you have gained this persons kekki genkai your battle methods and abilities are still different

No. You can't just become someone else in the sense that you get their element, kkg, name, face... that's just a no.

Exactly why not, Suzaku did'nt seem to have a problem with it? Its not like you become someone else while maintaining all of your old abilities elements and kekki genkai, You loose everything but your FS and techniques so its kinda a fair trade. Its not overpowering so i don't see why it gets people butthurt

This is an innate ability of the Ish clan, When they have reached the rank of special jounin and have gained the use of the poison mist liquid strike and Ninja Art: Poison Dragon techniques there chakra goes through a unique change. Due to the potent Medical chakra within them they have the ability to instantly corrupt that chakra this requires no chakra usage on the ish clan members part due to the fact that it is simply chakra change (Think of changing normal chakra into elemental chakra) This grants the Ish clan members chakra to become quite corrosive and poisonous. There normal chakra color when utilizing techniques changes to a bright purple. the abilities of there poisonous chakra are very similar to Aconite Poisoning which is very fatal to man. Naturally as it is there chakra Ish clan members are immune to there own poison.

Now this poison has two very different ways that it reacts depending on how the technique is utilized. When used in conjunction with techniques that might not break the skin the poison like chakra will caus a massive burning effect to the area that is struck (3rd degree burns) The burns due to the corrosiveness of the chakra are almost instantaneous 2 posts after the poison is applied the limb struck will be immobile. For how long depends on the rank of the jutsu USED in conjunction with the poison technique. Only the ish clans canon medical jutsu can be used to reverse the poison all other medical ninja will need to remove as much of the poison chakra in the system before administering a purchased antidoe.
E-D rank = no immobilisation
C-rank = One post
B-rank = three posts

Now when the poison is used like this to burn/immobilise a limb due to the high corrosive level the poison will not enter the blood stream.

When the poison chakra is used in conjunction with techniques that can enter the body (Example Chakra scalpel) The poison retains its burning effect forcing the inside of the body to take third degree burns thus more than liklely forcing blood to be vomited from the mouth. due to this directly entering the body the effects are on a much larger scale all jutsu C-rank and up can caus full body paralysis aswell as a series of effects that involve massive pain to the body vomiting crying blood escaping from the nose chakra loss but not death (unless your struck in the heart or brain)

your body will begin to jolt around rapidly in your unconscious state.

The user expels the mist which then forms into an exact duplicate of the user. It has the same range as the shadow clone movement BUT does not have the ability to transfer information via destructon. When the clones are struck/destroyed they release the mist they are made off which has the same effect as the poison mist. [Note the range of the mist created after the clones release is half of the original poison mist technique]

Make this A rank. Poison mist is B, and Multi Shadow Clone is A rank. Asking you to bump to A rank is generous. Also, the range can't be the same as Poison Mist.

Poison Chakra seems like it would go in your Ish clan page. You need to put this there and see if it could get approved.

[example = Master tai user would be adept] This goes for handsign speed with ninjutsu master aswell.

Skin - If the user holds skin and blood of the target this technique is increased in power, Not only does it bind the users movement like before it allows for the user to inflict MINOR wound's to the doll which are reflected in the original opponent. This means the user could create a decent size cut in the doll which would effect the original dna holder.

Hair - If you hold all three of these forms of DNA this technique is at its powerful. It completly binds the user to the medical shinobi's doll. They are unable to move unless the user moves the doll, This technique can transfer wound's to a much higher degree allowing for organs to be struck eyes etc. This technique can kill if all three forms of dna are upon the doll. If Rain crushes the doll the target will be crushed.

Now i know what your thinking how do you get out of the technique. Well escaping from the full dna form is close to impossible in a one on one, But an opponent who is capable of getting the doll can crush the doll and release its power. This is the same for all three power's. If the doll is crushed by anyone other than Rain or another medical ninja who knows this jutsu it is immediatly cancelled.

sorry i added in specifics, Actually this technique how i planned it is very hard to use in combat without the required amount of dna which i added. Concidering you NEED blood to utilize any of this technique thats a major reqirement. There are a few control jutsu that require only chakra input or seals. This technique requires three different forms of dna which in a naruto rp are MUCH harder to get than your stating.

As for the weakness's concidering all the dna must be aquired this is a huge weakness. Ontop of that doll smashed= control ended. Plus for control you require all three forms of dna, The other abilities are on a hugely weaker scale giving this technique multiple weaknesses that arent stated.
