Description: The rasen water bomb is a rasengan but with the users water in it. The water is highly compacted in the center of the rasengan. When the rasen water bomb exsplouds its exsplosive force is greatly increased due to the water pressure having the same blast radius for less the chakra(20 meter radius). On contact with an opponent this jutsu will drill them back 20 meters and then explode This Jutsu requires both the users hands. Charge time 1 post.

| Erm, the technique creation board exists to create new techniques.
Rasengan and the variants used by Naruto/Jiraya are Canon technique and need no creation.

| You're ranges are way too far. Close to mid is 0-10 meters, not 100 meters. Mass doesn't increase range, it decreases it by the way so please don't add that in.

| Drop the range to 50 meters. You can't throw a rasengan without sage mode which is banned, and even if you could it wouldn't travel further than 10 meter, but seeing as you have the explosion radius set for 50 meters (which is still to far so actually drop it down to 20 meters) then it has to be the same range as the explosion radius. | |

| I did but then I corrected it to 20 meters later on in the post. The range is the same as the explosions range. | |
