Harou, before we do whatever it is your suggesting. I want to say have you talked to any of them? As of late, I know two who used finals as an excuse for the last two weeks, but finals are over so yea. (Blaine also applied for staff)
I think you should sit down for like 20 minutes, and write out a standard pm for them, and see how they respond, and also go through there history and really talk to them like people, instead of going "you do nothing, fired". Honestly, I hate it when sites do that, because I've had it done to me.
Just take a little time, talk to them, and ask them the big question. I haven't seen you contributing to the site in staff works, what would you do with a staff member like that? And then ask, I am considering removing you until you show a better promise of activity. More of a suspension than a FIRED.
Finally, I think you should sit down with Blaine and Katia and talk about that thing you wanted to talk about. +5 members could help a lot, and I think it would be worth the min effort involved.
Anyway, I personally don't want to sound like the bad guy, but I feel no staff we have currently is admin material, and Lyon isn't around enough. Neither are you, I feel a little like a stick in the river. I'm either to go with the flow and float down the lazy river, or sit in the mud and become a literal stick in the mud as the river flows around me.
